![]() Its going to be a lot to take in, so everybody, just take it slow and don't get too excited - nobody wants to pop a blood vessel. April 29 is going to be a big day for Drake enthusiasts, what with the album release and the ticket sales. On Sunday (April 24), Drake announced his Summer Sixteen tour with Future, and released the cover art for his upcoming album Views From the 6. ![]() Hopefully, we will get samples of Drake's Canada-loving album on his upcoming Summer Sixteen Tour (tickets go on sale April 29 as well, and I'm just casually mentioning right now that my birthday is coming up very soon). Artistic credit for the album goes to Caitlin Cronenberg, the photographer and Nicky Orenstein, the art director. Drizzy graced us with the album art on his Instagram Sunday the 24, and it is pretty epic looking and very Canada-themed. But the meaning behind the Views From the 6 album art is even more Canada-heavy. On Sunday, April 24, Drake unveiled the album cover for his fourth studio album, Views From the 6, which features him sitting up top Toronto’s CN Tower. The title of the album, which is rumored to be coming out on April 29, is a direct reference to the area codes of Toronto, 416 and 647. Drake is taking his Canadian-ness to the next level with his album Views From The 6, and I'm not mad about it. Despite this, it became one of Drakes most commercially successful albums having sold over seven million certified units worldwide.
